Approval from management is required for the utilization of the previous Holiday Entitlement.

Kindly hold off on booking your plane ticket(s) until you have received the booking confirmation from the Member Services Department. Your annual maintenance fee for the following year is due every December 1 of the current year (e.g., your annual maintenance fee for 2026 is due on December 1, 2025).

Also, please be informed that our hotel does not have a swimming pool. If you plan to bring a car, pay parking options are available at Ayala Malls Greenbelt, both during the day and overnight, with corresponding fees. The hotel cannot be held responsible for any fees or damages that may occur to your vehicle while parked in this area.

ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATION: Astoria Current in Station 3 has several room types. There are limited inventories for one-bedroom suites and two-bedroom suites, and most of the spaces are studio rooms.

Should the units of one-bedroom and two-bedroom memberships be fully occupied, our studio room/s will be offered to accommodate the number of guests based on your membership occupancy.

For Studio membership, kindly disregard the information mentioned above.
