TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ASTORIA PALAWAN

1. Payment – The promo package cost of USD99 must be paid before booking confirmation.
2. Room Availability – The offer is subject to room availability upon reservation. If available, guests will be given a Deluxe Room with two queen sized beds in their resort of choice.
3. Booking Confirmation – The guests’ prior reservation needs to be confirmed by AVLCI if a room is available for their preferred dates. Guests will be notified of its availability or alternative dates if not available.
4. Mandatory Presentation – Guests must attend AVLCI’s 90-minute presentation to enjoy the offer. If not, the guests are obliged to pay the regular rate of USD999.
5. Restrictions – Only one offer per household is allowed to an eligible person, unless stated otherwise. Guests who have attended AVLCI’s presentation before are not eligible to use this offer. This promo cannot be used with other discounts or promotions and during peak dates (New Year Season, Chinese New Year, Holy Week, and Halloween Weekend). It is also not valid for group bookings. Further, it is likewise non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to someone else.
6. Additional Charges – The promo price includes applicable taxes, but other expenses outside the offer will be paid by the guests. 7. Cancellation & Rebooking – Changes to bookings must be made at least 30 days before arrival. If canceled or changed less than 30 days before arrival, the booking and promo payment will be forfeited. This forfeiture also applies to no-show guests.
8. Flight Issues – Promo payments cannot be refunded due to flight cancellations or other reasons in changing the confirmed booking upon arrival or during the guests’ stay.
9. Force Majeure – The resort is not responsible for booking cancellations caused by natural disasters, labor disputes, or other unavoidable events, including consequential flight cancellations, which are beyond the control of the resort.
