GIFT CERTIFICATE – BOOKING FORM
Your complimentary gift certificate entitles you to a 3-day and 2-night accommodation in our STUDIO ROOM for two (2) guests only, regardless of age.
Please be informed that your accommodation should be availed of on a 1-time basis only. Should you be found to be a repeat claimant, Astoria Vacation and Leisure Club, Inc. (AVLCI) reserves the right to dishonor the certificate.
Your booking request is subject to room availability. The availability of our tie-up hotels will be determined by your chosen dates and the hotel inventory with the booking partner. Please do not book your plane ticket until you have received a booking confirmation from the Member Services Department.
Please be guided by the booking deadline/validity of your gift certificate as it is strictly non-extendable. Furthermore, it is non-transferrable.
Your gift certificate is not valid during peak period bearing weeks of New Year, Holy Week, All Saint's Day, Christmas week, and Chinese New Year.
